Professional Account Representatives

We are looking for ​a Collections Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for securing billing payments from your customers.

Collection Representatives Job Responsibilities

Our Collections Representatives are responsible for working in a fast paced, goal driven inbound and outbound collections call center. Collections Representatives work with consumers to help educate them on their account status and options available based on their financial situation. Collections Representatives collect on delinquent and past due balances by finding payment solutions that best meet our customers' needs. 

We are currently seeking Collections Representatives that have flexibility to work varying shifts, Monday through Friday, that consist of at least 2 evening (you'll work no later than 8pm!) per week.

  • Find and inform customers about unpaid accounts
  • Receive and post payment to customer's account
  • Advise and follow-up with customers on unpaid accounts
  • Keep records and status of customer's account
  • Maintain queue of accounts with regular review, phone calls and miscellaneous follow-up work
  • Provide sincere financial consultation and realistic solutions
  • Follow federal and state collection laws
  • Follow established policies, procedures, and training guidelines
  • Achieve daily and monthly goals
  • Thorough documentation of customer interactions
  • Preserve confidentiality and security of sensitive information


  • Previous experience in billing, customer service, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to calm and reassure customers in tense situations
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Dependable, respectful, professional work ethic
  • General PC knowledge
  • Multi-lingual in Spanish and English preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent degree
  • Must pass background check, if employment is offered.
