We are looking for ​a Collections Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for securing billing payments from customers.


Collection Representatives Job Responsibilities


Our Collections Representatives are responsible for working in a fast paced, goal driven, inbound and outbound collections call center. Collections Representatives work with consumers to help educate them on their account status and options available to them based on their financial situation. Collections Representatives collect on delinquent and past due balances by finding payment solutions that best meet our customers' needs. 


We are currently seeking Collections Representatives that have flexibility to work varying shifts, currently Monday through Friday between 8am and 6pm.

  • Provide financial consultation and realistic solutions on unpaid balances 
  • Advise and follow-up with customers to resolve any open concerns
  • Setup payment arrangements 
  • Use various communication channels, including digital 
  • Thorough documentation of customer interactions and status
  • Maintain queue of accounts with regular review, customer interactions and miscellaneous follow-up work
  • Follow federal, state, and local laws
  • Follow established policies, procedures, and training guidelines
  • Achieve daily and monthly goals
  • Preserve confidentiality and security of sensitive information


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in billing, customer service, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with customers 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to calm and reassure customers in tense situations
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask

IT Senior Business Process Administrator

We are seeking a leader and a problem solver to join our team! Come become a critical link within the healthcare, financial services, and FinTech industries. 


Responsibilities:

As an IT Process Administrator, you will provide direct operational support and be responsible for monitoring, managing, troubleshooting, and maintaining daily automation processes using a variety of tools and methods. You will be working independently within a small team on integration projects and interacting with a variety of healthcare and financial service business office clients and operations to resolve issues to deliver results. 


  • Operational Support – Responsible for the overall installation, maintenance, configuration, and integrity of systems and/or network infrastructure. Proactively detect risk, improve performance, and avoid operational impact during incidents. Identify solutions using a systematic approach. Recommend and implement ideas to improve systems reliability and performance. Analyze capacity and performance, forecast system capacity. Proactively drive changes to prevent service disruptions. 
  • User Support - Provide in depth technical information to users as appropriate. Analyze more complex end user issues and recommend fixes or improvements.
  • Solution Support - Act as project lead and liaison on other projects. Participate in system performance testing as needed. Follow change management procedures, ensuring changes are appropriately recorded. Apply technical expertise to ensure changes are compatible with the respective environment and components.
  • Teamwork – Motivate others to action and address delicate situations with tact and diplomacy. Responsible for aspects of vendor relationship management.
  • Communications – Write and present reports, and proposals for internal and external audiences. Interpret other viewpoints and assimilates them into work processes. Formally transfers technical or administrative knowledge to others. Actively participates in regular status meetings. Prepare written status reports and responses to customer inquiries.


Qualifications: 

  • 3 years of experience. 
  • Demonstrated fundamental knowledge of database systems and computer programming applied theories, such as variable types (strings, characters, bool, arrays, etc), loops, conditional logic (if/then/else/case), file input/output, ETL, among others. Specific programming language knowledge not required but JavaScript preferred. 
  • Must be knowledgeable in SQL. Knowledge or ability to learn Windows based automation software, Postgresql, JavaScript, regular expressions, HTML/CSS, API calls, FTP, email protocols, SSL, Java/C++, and other computer languages preferred.  
  • Demonstrated high proficiency working with Excel and spreadsheet applications. 
  • General PC knowledge, including working knowledge of Windows OS, file management, computer networking, internet based applications, Office Productivity software, and email. 
  • Must have demonstrated technical problem solving skills, be detail oriented, able to learn quickly, and apply those skills to develop solutions. 
  • Ability to work independently in a small team environment, lead projects, and prioritize competing tasks to deliver results. 
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills, including customer service experience. 
  • Associate's degree in a related field of information systems/technology OR equivalent experience.
  • Medical business office experience with medical billing software, such as Cerner, GE Centricity, or Epic, is preferred. 
  • Dependable, honest, results oriented, respectful, professional work ethic.
  • Must be able to pass a background check, if employment is offered.
