Professional Account Representatives

We are looking for ​a Collections Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for securing billing payments from your customers.

Collection Representatives Job Responsibilities

Our Collections Representatives are responsible for working in a fast paced, goal driven inbound and outbound collections call center. Collections Representatives work with consumers to help educate them on their account status and options available based on their financial situation. Collections Representatives collect on delinquent and past due balances by finding payment solutions that best meet our customers' needs. 

We are currently seeking Collections Representatives that have flexibility to work varying shifts, Monday through Friday, that consist of at least 2 evening (you'll work no later than 8pm!) per week.

  • Find and inform customers about unpaid accounts
  • Receive and post payment to customer's account
  • Advise and follow-up with customers on unpaid accounts
  • Keep records and status of customer's account
  • Maintain queue of accounts with regular review, phone calls and miscellaneous follow-up work
  • Provide sincere financial consultation and realistic solutions
  • Follow federal and state collection laws
  • Follow established policies, procedures, and training guidelines
  • Achieve daily and monthly goals
  • Thorough documentation of customer interactions
  • Preserve confidentiality and security of sensitive information


  • Previous experience in billing, customer service, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to calm and reassure customers in tense situations
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask

  • General PC knowledge
  • Multi-lingual in Spanish and English preferred

Process Automation Software Technician

We are seeking an innovative Process Automation Software Technician to join our team! Come learn the latest computer task automation software and apply it to become a critical link within the healthcare, financial services, and FinTech industries. 


As a Process Automation Software Technician, you will be responsible for monitoring, managing, troubleshooting, and maintaining daily automation processes using a variety of tools and methods. You will be working independently within a small team on integration projects and interacting with a variety of healthcare and financial service business office clients and operations to resolve issues to deliver results. 


  • Demonstrated fundamental knowledge of database systems and computer programming applied theories, such as variable types (strings, characters, bool, arrays, etc), loops, conditional logic (if/then/else/case), file input/output, among others. Specific programming language knowledge not required. 
  • Must be knowledgeable in SQL. Knowledge or ability to learn Window's based automation software, Postgresql, JavaScript, regular expressions, HTML/CSS, API calls, FTP, email protocols, SSL, Java/C++, and other computer languages preferred.  
  • Demonstrated high proficiency working with Excel and spreadsheet applications. 
  • General PC knowledge, including working knowledge of Windows OS, file management, computer networking, internet based applications, Office Productivity software, and email. 
  • Must have demonstrated technical problem solving skills. Must be detail oriented, able to learn quickly, and apply those skills to develop solutions. 
  • Ability to work independently in a small team environment, lead projects, and prioritize competing tasks to deliver results. 
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills, including customer service experience. 
  • High school diploma or equivalent degree. Preference given to those with college computer classes, ongoing education, or equivalent experience. 
  • Medical business office experience with medical billing software, such as Cerner, GE, or Epic, is preferred. 
  • Dependable, honest, results oriented, respectful, professional work ethic.
  • Must be 18+ and able to pass a background check, if employment is offered.
