Founded in 2010, Creditor Advocates is a Midwest-based, veteran-owned boutique collection agency built on the belief that collections can be done differently. Too often, organizations were forced to choose between recovering revenue and protecting customer relationships.

Our mission has always been to deliver strong recovery results through professionalism, compliance, and respectful communication—while providing the personalized service and support our clients and their staff have come to expect.
